7. What I plan to do next week.

1. What did I plan to do?

- Get more people scheduled;
- Catch up with beta test recordings;
- Wrap up the working progress including competitive research.

2. What did I actually do?

- Get two beta testings, one primary interview;
- Scheduled six more interviews;
- Wrapped up the working process;
- Synced up with Liam

3. Brief description of the activities (include photos, notes, sketches, working docs and deliverables...whatever you created. Document both the output AND the process.)

- Progress update (click to view)
- Interview schedules
- Beta testing recordings

4. What worked well?

During the beta testing session, people provide a lot of great thoughts and ideas that we haven’t thought of. And those inspirations will directly affect our next MVP iterations.

Liam is very open-minded and willing to hear from other people's opinions, which made conversations with our customers work pretty well.

5. What would I do differently next time?

Maybe I should start designing as soon as possible, I have been helping with research for these few weeks. People didn't show up on time, which makes us really hard to make progress. Maybe I was just thinking about I need a persona and then build things based on that, and this might not be appropriate for this kind of situation.

6. What surprised me (excited me, freaked me out, thrilled me)

I synced up with Liam and talked a lot about the future direction we want to go, which got us very excited!
Since people are not showing up, we recruited again on Facebook. And we used gift cards this time to attract people, the result shows we got 7 sign-ups(1 is a no-show) in 20min.

7. What I plan to do next week.

- Hopefully people will show up on time;
- Based on interviews we had and people's feedback, I will develop another version of the MVP.
